Hello! At music train preschool, your child will spend her/his time:
- participating in imaginative play
- singing about letters and numbers
- playing math games
- sounding letters
- creating artwork
- listening to Miss Chelsea read stories
- eating a snack
- going on field trips
- interacting with the community
- making friends
Children often gather around the piano to experiment with the sound. Miss Chelsea plays the guitar and piano in every class.
Here are some of the instruments that we will be using this year:
Music is an integral part of our classroom experience. Children learn the basics of playing together, developing a sense of rhythm and pitch. We spend about 30 minutes per class in music, where we play together, sing, move, and learn.
Registration is now open for the 2018-2019 school year. Please see below for class options. You may fill out the registration form electronically here.
